When I first got the seats, I thought they looked really nice. But after about a year, the padding has already gone flat and one of the seams is starting to come apart. For what they charge, I really think they should stand behind a better-quality product. It just feels wrong to sell something at this price that doesn’t hold up. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy from them again.

The chairs look decent enough, but the reclining feature has been such a hassle. After only a few weeks, one side started sticking, and now it won’t go back smoothly unless I really force it. For what I paid, I expected it to work a lot better and last longer. Customer service took a while to respond too, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I really wanted to like these chairs, so it’s disappointing to end up feeling let down.

The seat actually felt hard and awkward to sit in. I couldn’t really relax, even during a short movie, which was disappointing...

I wasn’t happy once I saw it in person. The photos made it look a lot more modern and sleek, but what showed up felt bulky and kind of dated. I wish the listing had been clearer about the actual look because it came across differently online.
The finish wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be either. For the price, I expected something cleaner and more high-end, not something that looked this cheap. The unclear presentation was frustrating, and overall I’m really not happy with how it looks.

I placed my order and then Barely heard anything after that. I kept having to chase them for updates, and when they did reply, it was slow and not super clear. It kind of felt like no one really Knew what was happening with my order. The chairs might be fine, but the whole communication side made it way more stressful than it needed to be. I Wouldn’t order again.

I tried getting help with a warranty issue, and it just felt like I kept getting passed around or something. Replies were slow, the info I got wasn’t exactly clear, and in the end it didn’t really seem like anything got solved. Just kind of frustrating after spending that much money

Trying to place my order was annoying. The site kept glitching, and checkout took way longer than it should have. I also had to contact support and got transferred around, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not the smoothest experience.
